AREA OF EXPERTISE
Mianecki Consulting Engineers (MCE) is a full service civil and environmental engineering company that specializes in the development/redevelopment of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The scope of projects managed by MCE range from minor site plans for existing residential properties to large scale commercial and industrial facilities. Areas of specific concentration relate to those properties that are substantially constrained by jurisdictional freshwater wetlands, flood hazard areas, steep slopes, and those properties impacted by the Highlands Regulations.
Mianecki Consulting Engineers is fully versed in local ordinances , the New Jersey State Residential Site Improvement Standards, the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission Zoning and subdivision regulations which follow the New Jersey Administrative Code, NJDEP Freshwater Wetland and Flood Hazard Area Regulations.
