Mianecki Consulting Engineers and Development (MCE&D) was started
in 1995 by Joseph S. Mianecki, Jr., P.E., P.P. Mr. Mianecki is a licensed professional
engineer and planner with vast expertise in site design and permitting.In
addition to his engineering experience, Mr. Mianecki has been in the development
industry for over twenty (20) years where he has been involved in the
development of single family and multiple family developments. His wife,
Monica R. Mianecki, P.E.,P.P. joined the company in 2002. MCE&D is a
civil engineering consulting firm specializing in subdivision, site planning,
land use planning and wetland permitting. The majority of the company's
projects are located in Morris County with some projects extending into
Bergen, Sussex and Somerset Counties.
Mianecki Consulting Engineers and Development (MCE&D) is
a full faceted development company that takes vacant land
through the development process by preparing the plans, obtaining all the required
permits, and constructing the project.
